terms of service

welcome to efaimo. these terms are the agreement between you and efaimo.ai ("efaimo", "we") when you use the app and this site. they are written in plain language.

1. eligibility

you must be at least 13 to use efaimo. if you are under the age of digital consent where you live, you may use it only with a parent or guardian's permission, and they accept these terms with you. by using efaimo you confirm this is true.

2. using efaimo

efaimo lets two people build a shared comic, one panel at a time. you agree to use it only in ways that are lawful and that respect the other person in your comic.

3. your account and your person

a comic on efaimo belongs to two people. you are responsible for the lines you write and for inviting only people you actually know and who want to take part.

4. your content

the lines you write and the panels mo draws from them are yours and your person's. you grant efaimo the limited permission needed to generate, store, and show the comic back to the two of you, and to operate and improve the service. panels are produced by an automated system (mo) and may be imperfect or unexpected.

5. acceptable use

do not use efaimo to harass anyone, to submit content you do not have the right to use, or to attempt to break, overload, or misuse the service. we may suspend access that does.

6. the service

efaimo is offered as is while in early access. features may change, and the service may be paused for maintenance. if we introduce paid plans, their terms will be presented before you choose them.

7. disclaimers and liability

efaimo is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. mo is automated; we don't guarantee the accuracy, tone or appropriateness of any generated panel. to the fullest extent permitted by law, efaimo and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the prior 12 months or USD 50. some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

8. changes to these terms

we may update these terms. if we make a material change, we will let you know in the app or by email before it takes effect.
